It's pretty cool. You don't have to take my comment into account, but I would suggest keeping the eyes as the original. Having the eyes looking in both directions (IMO) makes it just look silly. Piglin Brutes are supposed to be strong, and scary, but with the eyes like this (IMO) it doesn't give off the right vibe.
