Why should we choose you?: First of all, I am extremely experience with servers and management of players/plugins (More explanation on next question). As a staff member I realize the amount of professionalism that is needed. This means that I am not biased nor am I too lenient meaning there is a fair playing field for all - no matter what the rank. This means no one can say they were unfairly punished and causes less hassle for everyone taking part. I am a very active player and can be on when ever I am needed I am able to play from when I get home to when I feel I have had enough for the day, this means I can be on at prime hours for the server meaning I can benefit the most amount of players on at a single time.
Have you been staff anywhere else? (If so, state where, what rank and how long):As I have said before I have been staff on many server. I have played Minecraft for 4+ years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time playing on servers. I have helped with the development of servers which meant I had to suggest new ideas which would be unique and fun for the server, which I could bring to your server. I have been in charge of Admin teams so I am able to handle the pressure than can arrive from being a staff member on a server. I have been a staff member on RealmCraft, a fairly large server at its time with amount 150+ on average everyday I was a Mod for a couple of months. I also have created my own server so I know the ins and outs of making a server, and most of all keeping it alive.

What could you do to help?: I can bring new, innovative ideas to the server which could help the community the most, I am very good at finding the typical hackers and generally bad players, building new structures, finding plugins for the server, and managing the staff so the server would have the best possible staff. I have a lot of experience so I know what people are looking for in servers which I could bring to the team.
What makes your application different from the rest?: I would say how mature and professional I am makes me stand out as many people here are just looking for the prefix, not the ranks as a whole, which I what I am looking for. I am willing to dedicate my time to this server which other applicants may not be able to do.
Anything else you think we should know?: I have exams on, which can limit my playtime but I am still willing to put my spare time into the server.
