Hmm..."Why you should be able to join Disciples: Cause Im ME hehe" that isn't really an answer. If you still wish to join then you can fix it up. Thanks.

    Cassia2001Application: Farmer
Why you should get this rank/class: I love farming, automatic farms aren't problem, you'll have plenty of food going around if I'm the farmer
Why you should be able to join Disciples: I'd love to be part of a faction that strives to be Number 1, to work hard for it and not slack around.
What are your skills: Raiding, Farming, Mining and maybe a little PVPing.
Are you dedicated and loyal: Yes, definitely.
How much time you can put in: Well, the holidays are near so... maybe 2 - 4 hours a day.
Can you RP (this doesn't matter): Not really, but I'm willing to try.

    Thanks,
    Cassia.

    Accepted as Farmer! Good application.

    Name: Rise of Mythology
    Age: 13
Skype Name ( must have): tutto209
How long you have spent on making the server: Haven't been able to host it or get a host.
Does anything need finishing off: Yes
Are the plugins configed correctly?: No
What are the best parts of your RPG server: All of it
An RPG of mythology, including Greek, Egyptian, roman. So players will be acting out as demigods. It would be set around the series by Rick Roridian. Gods and Titans will be staff members and moderators will be leaders of camps. Also there would be an arcade with the following games...
Egypt Run- You have to go through rooms filled with traps and tricks. The aim is to get all gold nuggets.
Reach Mount Olympus- You have to climb a mountain (I would make sure it's at a difficult level).
Roman Battle Field- A war zone where you are given weapons, magic from your class/god.
    And then the quests of...
The Maze of the Minotaur- Try defeat the Minotaur along with finding a way out of the maze!
The Lair of Medusa- You have to fight your way through the lair of Medusa.
Lost Relics- Find the lost relics that have been scattered around the map.
Kill the Titans- Destroy the titans for once and for all.
And more! There would be classes, treasure, realms, NPCs.
I can only begin to tell you about my plans!

Here's a legitimate advice (I actually mean this): you should see a psychologist. It's surprising really how people think that psychologists are only meant for big things but they're meant for any problem/s you may have.

It's fantabulous and it's narration is very unique. A person of an opinion (Your story suggests to me someone of a new era) tells the story of old.

Great opinions! I can really not stop saying the word 'interesting' enought but that was interesting with your thoughts on these peculiar subjects. It would be good although, to hear more on the philosophical side (reffering to 'What comes after death?').

Also I am facinated to hear more on 'Do we have free will?' because this answer I have not heard before (not meaning that answers that I have shouldn't not have my attention (also not meaning to the self)). So please do enlighten us on this subject.

Possibly not, if existence is a simulation, then we may be robots. But in a sense, we are also slaves to our own humanity, the choices we make are all deeply influenced by out human instincts, but also our past experiences. If we are robots, but unaware of it, why do we make considerations, or educated guesses, this, and the question above are both extraordinarily unlikely and thought provoking, play the Sims and you'll understand

It would be quite interesting actually, to see in what way humanity has influenced us and it's great that you've included this in your answer because it does influence us hugely.
    Feel like discussing this more...

    No, it would not.
The capturers don't seem like very sporting chaps, otherwise they would've done the job themselves and not run the risk of being shot at by John.
It's clear they are deriving a sadistic amusement from having John do it themselves.
Oh how would they laugh after the deed is done, John hands over the gun and they Don't release them and maybe shot another prisoner just to see the look on John;s face.

He might as well try to take a shot at the capturers instead when they give him the gun, he'll lose no matter what, so why not?

I think your missing the point. It is a very good analysis but we're talking more along the terms of 'is it alright to kill people for he benefit of others'. This was simply an example.

Tutto200 Another classic example: John and six others were captured. The capturers said if John shot one of them then the rest would go free with their lives.

Sounds like a trap to me, the capturers have don't have a reason or a motive to honour the bargain.

    John's a dead man walking.

In terms of the question though. Would it be alright to do it?

Tutto200Zemor out of curiousity, is the devil evil?

Evil isn't really a thing. It is the absence of good.

Originally, you could say that Lucifer wasn't bad. However, when he rebelledy that is what made him that way. Pride overtook him. Now, from my Christian perspective, Satan is wholly evil, the source of evil- based on what he has done, does, and continues to do. Satan is referred to as the Father of Lies. Here's a pretty interesting article on the issue- http://www.answersingenesis.org/article ... in-of-evil

Thanks I'll have a look at it.

    Question
Should we kill people for the benefit of others?
Is it alright (in modern society terms) to kill a person for the benefit of others. For example: John killing Smith so John can give Smith's organs to five other people which would save their lives. Smith also had no family or loved ones.
So in that case would it be alright to kill him? It would save five other people's lives in doing so. Another classic example: John and six others were captured. The capturers said if John shot one of them then the rest would go free with their lives.

So should we kill people for the benefit of others?

    Good question.

I for one don't know whether we will or won't but I am a hundred percent sure that there is other life out there that is able to become intelligent (at least our comprehension of intelligence). We are proof of this. I also find that when something is done, it will most likely be done again due to showing that something is able to have do it for a reason. Then that proves that it is possible and is a likely hypothesis for others to do as well.
