Are you good at building:I think I am above average, you can check for yourself as i have some projects on PMC i think i am best at Nordic Style, that is the build i am most proud of. Also i was a member of dreamercraft(a server that was owned by dreamermikee) and did some building on there. I am also a member of FyreUk and have build in a few of their timelapses.
Do you know PermissionsEx:A bit but i am not brilliant at it, i have more experience with permissionsbukkit and even then I am only a amateur at permissions.
Do you know Worldguard and Worldedit: I know these two quite well i don't know how to use all the features but i know how to use them to landscape etc.
Can you handle the responsibility of a higher rank position: I belive so i have held an admin/moderator position on tow other servers and kept them running well

Do you know how to configure files: yes however i have had problems in the past with permissions files but all other plugins are fine
Do you have experience: i have been an admin/mod of tow other servers, on one helped handle plugins
Are you mature: Yes i like to think so but i still know how to have fun
