I've seen PLENTY of projects just go in the dust because they are on too large of a scale then what people have available to them. Herobrines Mansion is a VERY large map with a HUGE team of hired workers. You can not start a huge project and just get enough people to pitch in to make something as massive as herobrines mansion.
I suggest lowering your requirements to join if you want anyone to help at all, because anyone who is good a building does not work for a non credible host, if they could be getting paid by hypixel to be actually noticed.
