Here is my application:

Real Name: Ossian (But call me Dancis)
Experience in building: Hard one. I would hesitate to call my self an Expert, but I would say I am above averedge. I will share some links to two builds I have done in pocketedition for your judement. I know poketedition is not PC version, and these builds are not exactly modern, but at least it gives you an idea of the scale of my builds. (Those two builds took about two months each, working many hours every day.) Still I would call myself above averedge in modern builds.

Why you want to help: I like to build, and I have in the past had great experiences when building together with other people online. Since I live in Sweden, I also have a long summer holiday to waste
When you can be online: I am going to start of bu saying that I will most likely only be able to help for two months time. Then school starts again. But during those two months I can be online several hours/day. I live in Sweden (CEST + 1). This means that my active hours could be CEST 9 - CEST 22.
