Staff Experience: I have had my own server operating it picking staff configuring plugins etc. It was running for quite a time then I shut it off due to fundings then it returned then I closed it for the final time. I still have it listed on pmc you can go look at it to see what it was like. I still have a server, well not entirely public more like for testing plugins and fooling around with friends and playing adventure maps etc. Ive also been Moderator on a server before but Im not sure what happend to it It sort of shut down then we found the owner made an entire new server and website which was kind of wierd. other than owning my own server and being a Moderator I dont a billions of places to list but I think being an owner is enough though.

How many hours a day will you moderate (Patrol/Help out) the server: Weekdays 6 hours a day or more or less also varies on holidays and personal thingys but mostly 6 + hours a day, and then like 8 - 10 hours on weekends ( I have no Life ok )
What can you do for the server: I have had my own server operating it picking staff configuring plugins etc. I could help you with alot of things. I worked my way around plugins and problems with them that I have run into. I closed my server because I could no longer pay for the server hoster. I had a good amount of people, I can be very helpful to you if your new and you confused by plugins or using groupmanager / pex ( plugin to make groups/ranks ) or just need a helping hand if you cannot be on all the time. I could simply be a moderator if you dont need anymore admins at the time. I am trustworthy and nice to members I like to build also and Im pretty good at it, Im a little good at graphics and with sites so I could do things with the server and the site, such as setting up a donater page etc, I guess im more like a Dev even though Im not so good at creating plugins but I have been looking into it. Im all about helping players and being friendly with other people/staff.
Can you help advertise? (Fairly Important): Yes, I am fairly good at getting new players onto a server with various methods which doesnt involve spamming other servers and stealing there players
