I am an owner of a server , and i had a LOT issues with admins and not only 10 year old admins , even 16-17 year old's . Once i went to check what was happening on my server, and one of the admins 1.Kicked all of the players 2.When the players got back on he erased their player data (aka their inventories were gone and their time ranks were also gone) 3.He banned couple of people for saying "PLEASE stop" AND on top of all that he griefed 70% of the towns created on the server. I had to deal with all of that only cause one stupid 16 year old trolled the server, The server went really empty since everyone went off and left the server :/ until i could get the backup/Player data.
Also i don't really believe in "all 10-11 year old's are crazy and immature". I have seen a lot of mature 10-11 year old's who wouldn't rage for stupid reasons(Even tho there are no reasons to rage on a game xD) .Once i had one 11 year old girl in staff who invited 20 people to the server.If she would've not been there the server would been down right now
