What experience do you have with plugins?: VERY Experienced.(Note here: This is just a suggestion, it helps, I mean what plugin experience do you have in PermissionsEX, WorldEdit, etc. That way it will be easier for me if I don't have to tell you about everything. Just a suggestion, if you don't edit this, you'll still probably be accepted. Still, it helps.
Do you have any ideas (after you've played on the server) to improve the server?: I will edit this post after the next time I visit. It is offline as of now.
Any plugins you would recommend?: I've heard a trolling plugin called IControlU, control other players, if not behaving well. Also Punishmental and LetitRain are fun, yet still admin related.
Staff Experience: 100% (I could have sworn I had edited the application. Huh. But, I need to know server names and IPs you have had staff on and what rank you were.)
