Minecraft/Discussion Best Mob Spawner?

Also put them in big cube and have each spawner be two blocks above the last and put blocks between them so mobs don't get stuck. The grid idea is good and then making it have several layers would be better. You'd need to stand in the center and make sure there are no spawners more than 16 blocks away, since they'll deactivate.

Yes, I'm sure. I know that it saved, just no sure why it doesn't have any of the saves from that 4 hour time period. When I try to brawl he falls to his knees like he should but the objective doesn't get updated or anything.

This isn't on a server. And the fill command is a fill clock I'm using for a redstone contraption.

I just tried downloading Optifine. When I download the installer it has the option to install or cancel. But I can't click the install button.

My version is the latest launcher you can download from Minecraft.net. I got a new computer and tried to download it and it just does that crash. So I have no mods.

You MUST have Java to use Minecraft, you can't play MC at all w/o Java, the only thing that would say is an error message

PS: To @OP about the crash, since it said "NullPointerException", a NullPointerException


According to something online, a nullpointerexception is:
Thrown when an application attempts to use null in a case where an object is required. These include:
Calling the instance method of a null object.
Accessing or modifying the field of a null object.
Taking the length of null as if it were an array.
Accessing or modifying the slots of null as if it were an array.
Throwing null as if it were a Throwable value.

Applications should throw instances of this class to indicate other illegal uses of the null object. NullPointerException objects may be constructed by the virtual machine as if suppression were disabled and/or the stack trace was not writable.


I assume it was caused by a bug that called the instance method of a null (in my opinion, it should [or must] mean non-existant) object.

EDIT: In my opinion it is a bug/glitch in either Minecraft and/or Java


Yes, I did download Java, but it still doesn't work.
