Previous experience: I was helper on a gamemode on Shotbow (civcraft for those who know)
Why you want JrAdmin: I want to try a difference experience and have a bit more power since as helper I was feeling people weren't really listening when I was trying to moderate the server and also hacker was a big problem and as an helper you can't handle it. If you ask why not admin? I don't have the experience as an Jradmin (hightest is Mod) So I don't want to skip power level.
What you can contribute: I can help new player guiding them , explaining the rule , how to play , I can moderate the chat alot since im without a job at the moment, I know the basic plugin permissions , how to set up plugin and understand crash if ever happen
If people were cursing (not allowed) what would you do?: I would warn them first, like *excuse me , player1 can you watch your word. If he start again I would kick him. If he keep I would just mute him but it really depend on the server rule and *punishment book* but in my opinion to be fair they need a warning before muting and why I kick after? cause sometime they could have missed my message so to be fair and make sure they understand why they will get muted if they continue I kick them

Why is it important to have TeamWork on a staff team:

Teamwork is important in everything even more when you are part of a staff, imagine if you dont work as a team let say someone say an insult in chat you mute him for let say 2h and then later another staff member mute him permanently , it will create hate in the playerbase which will prove the staff is *bad* since it doesnt apply the rule clearly but if the staff were working as a team they would discuss it first and apply a sentence which wont be changed by someone else

Why is it important to keep emotions out of a server:

If you keep your emontion you will do bad judgement and for example if someone did something to you and a player do something that look like the same to you, If you keep ur emotion you will punish him more than what he deserved. Also none like sad staff member they want enthousiast staff that bring animation to the server

Why do you want to join the staff team:

I enjoy helping new player and guiding them , I really hate when player start bashing each other in the chat and when you are a player you cant keep the chat clean cause they start bashing on you

Anything else: I cant have minechat so if im away ,there is no way I cant moderate the chat or anything
