Yikes man You need to do some studying on copyright and plagiarism. I get what you're saying but you're a bit confused. I might have to ask a moderator to close this threat because at this point this discussion has gone too far.

What they mean is their code and assets. Anything made within inside of the game it is completely fine. That agreement is for their code assets. Meaning if someone were to take their code and remake minecraft then that is a problem, but if it is something made within the game and someone sells their map then its fine because its not a copy of their actual game code. Minecraft is a sandbox game so they want people to build create hell even make money off what they made. If Mojang had a problem then 60% of the community would have to stop making maps and selling them. Mojang doesnt have a problem with people doing this so its legal if it is made with inside of the game.

Yeah for sure you should stop but no one here is saying stop. So its very very legal. I do the exact thing expect sell them.

Its totally legel. It be different if it was the actual meshes of Mcsm and Selling them to the public. Its just a remake within minecraft. For money, that part is for your time of making it. I see nothing wrong with it. This applies to art too. Someone draws Goku and sells it on their patreon along with the pds file for money. It is totally legal.
