    Good intro or no intro
Your half a minute intro doesn't serve its purpose and immediately set me off from your videos.
...of course I still watched some. They're not bad, pretty tame, but your intro is far to long and you lose a lot of your audience's interest that way, then eventually you lose you audience.

Either get a shorter, better, more effective intro, or don't use one at all. You'd be surprised how many people don't use intros.

Minecraft let's plays are horrendously overdone. You can still do them, but there has to be another selling point to your channel.
Other games, series, videos, or content besides something millions of people have done.

Recording program does matter. Get something that records without a watermark, captures ONLY the game screen, and does so fluently. Anything else is not worth bothering with.

You have the entire screen recorded, including the taskbar, which has the program you used to record this, if you couldn't tell by the watermarks on the video, and overall it was choppy and there was too much background noise.

You need better equipment and preparation if you want better videos.

Can I suggest posting a link to your videos?
I'm not going to technically explain why, but the URL brings the user to THEIR video list

    This advice was just... ew.

    Here's some serious-er advice

    - don't upload constantly, upload consistently. Try to make a timeframe for your video where they're uploaded on a schedule, and you have enough time between videos to properly edit them and produce good quality videos

-DON'T ADVERTISE, THE WORD IS SHARING. Advertisements are usually associated with the promotion of something we don't want, appearing where we don't want to see it, like the PMC Live Chats. Share your channel when relevant. Somebody talking about a game you have a video about? Tell them about it! Take advantage of oppurtunities to invite people to watch your videos.

-DON'T SING, but be yourself. 40% of YouTube channels are gaming channels, and over 75% are either Minecraft channels or feature(d) Minecraft. Add variety to your channel, and do things that haven't been seen before

-Lastly, when you get a fan base, listen to them.

    That's all I got, Godspeed

I'm gonna give my honest-est feedback and don't take it personally but...
Your channel trailer was just... bad.

All I got from that was that your play Minecraft like hundreds of thousands of other YouTubers and you plan to do the same reviews, "tips and tricks" and survival let's play like hundreds of thousands of other YouTubers.

If you don't have the intention of being another typical YouTube channel, then your trailer had me fooled.

Try to make a more interesting trailer, especially since it is your first impression to viewers.

You don't always need flashy graphics and cool effects.

Just basically be interesting and do something original. Have a lot to offer on your channel, and enjoy doing what you do.

I've always wanted to make a site like that.

I'm still a little reluctant to give money to someone I met off of a Minecraft forum.

I know viewers and subscribers are nice, but that shouldn't be a reason to stop if you weren't getting enough.

Do it because you like it.
    Recognition comes second.

    It's not impossible.

Well it is, if you only have four videos and you're doing something already done by millions of other users

Diversifiy your channel, make good content, and make sure you enjoy what you're doing.

    Nice work!

Just remember to render in wide screen so the video takes up the whole screen and doesn't leave black bars.

Also, I would've personally used a different soundtrack, I don't think dub step was all too fitting.

    Cool video, nonetheless.

Your channel trailer is supposed to be you giving a first impression to a new audience.

All I got from that trailer was that you play Minecraft, like millions of other people.

I'd recommend a more mature forum other than PMC's video forum. This has just turned into a "post your channel and expect to get famous" board, and I'm glad you're one of the few who realized that it doesn't work that way.

The only other place I know is Reddit's Let's Play subreddit.

It's a small section, but definitely more responsive than here. They might be a little prejudiced against Minecraft based channels, but it's still worth checking out.

The rest of Reddit... not so much.

I for one would say it's because you've only been doing it for a week. I would also say since you're channel mainly does Minecraft, a game horrendously overdone by millions of other channels.

I would say there isn't much that separates you from those millions of other channels.

There's almost no good, free capture programs that won't give you a watermark or let you record past a certain limit.

Stop being a bum and spend some cash, unless you have other ways of obtaining it :3

Nah, this is the forum where you post a link to your YouTube channel and receive no feedback whatsoever.

That's what this forum is for, right?

RobTheCanadianI realized Minecraft isn't really working out and I need more variety

This puts you ahead of the millions of channels that do really bad Minecraft let's plays and expect to be YouTube celebrities.

And do not add unrelated video titles in your tags/description. It's really obvious for mobile users, and it's a cheap' unreputable way to get views.
