ok I found the solution after some digging, the problem was an old file back from the 2015 , where most of the people reported the problem, it caused the crash after N times that you start the launcher, you need to delete all the .minecraft folder, after a backup of the worlds, then reinstall the last version and it should work, I didn't count that I restarted playing just 3 days ago as a factor fro my problem.
Hoping that someone find a solution for their problem thanks to my post, I will not delete it
