I believe that Darkstalker became slightly Evil due to His terrible Father. For one, Foeslayer was the light of his life and Arctic took that away. And he deserved another chance, with his own free will to become a better dragon. They could’ve just made him powerless so he could learn for himself.

Hmm, Idk. He did a lot of really bad things and was way to power hungry, but he did some good things too. I don't think he wanted to be evil and at least that want is good. I personally don't think good things can come from a person- er, dragon.
