    Hello everyone !
Bird Fans Club may have seemed a little inactive lately...
I have to admit it (He hasn't been very active for a year in fact...)

However, it's been about a month, I've been working on a certain project which has already been on the club for a few weeks, but which one I haven't talked about:
We now have a Discord for the club!
One last little detail of one I've been working on for a week and which has just been posted today:
The description and the icon of the collections has just been updated! (Gone so much cleaner... but still just as blurry)

Always in the quest to improve the club... and to always appreciate birds and nature more!

Alright, so, in my spare time I've been playing around with different trophy designs based on peepers, so I decided to make some jams
There's two of them, one ranked, which takes mob skins
and there's one unranked, which takes everything but blogs.
Here are the links to all who wish to join

It's a big step for the group, thank you so much to all those who support, I never thought the group would go this far...
I don't have an idea what to do to celebrate this yet, but I promise that in a few days something will come out in the group to celebrate this!

Thanks again to all those who support... and let's continue to always take care of nature and birds!

One year... today, it's been one year that Bird fans club exists.
It was a group that I had created without thinking too much about it and I must confess to being surprised to see that it grew much faster than I would have thought...

To celebrate its one year, I posted a zebra finch texture pack that took a lot of effort... and also, here are some goals that I intend to achieve this year.
    - 100 new species of birds in mob skin in the group 🐦
    - A discord for the group (it's coming soon πŸ˜‰)

A big thank you for all the bird members and all those who follow the group, I know that sometimes the group can be a little inactive (like at the moment) but I will really do my best so that in the rest of the year, we can change that πŸ™

There are a lot of birds on my land since yesterday, watching them takes away all my free time to make skins πŸ˜₯

But it was worth watching them, it allowed me to see that they had become more ''fighting'' than last year!

It's war between the blue jays and the hairy woodpeckers, the woodpeckers won't let anyone go to the suet feeder, but the blue jays insist. I've even seen a female woodpecker dance like an angry rooster to impress a blue jay and scare it away!

And I thought doves were always sweet and kind, wrong! An annoying dove scares the others away... it's a bit disturbing, however, there is food EVERYWHERE! πŸ•Š

    Can we explain this? 😎

In everything that describes hairy woodpeckers, it says that it is normally impossible to see two male hairy woodpeckers in the same territory, unless they are juveniles with their parents.
Where I live is winter (well, fall but with snow) so there are no juveniles.

However, we can see very well in this photo (which I took) two male hairy woodpeckers who get along very well :)

It didn't bother her... she trusts me after all!

Here is his picture! (I think it's the cutest warbler ❀)

I like living in the countryside life very much...
    ---
a beautiful big view of a starry sky in the evening, 🌟
    a lot of nature, 🌼
a lot less cars passing in front of the house, πŸš—
    fewer restrictions...
    ---
but it often depends on the place

Example, living close to a field... the tractors which pass close during the harvest season... it's annoying. 😣
But I'm sure some country houses may not have fields nearby

And as for ''proximity'' to shops, schools and stores...well, that depends. Some houses may be far from the villages, others closer.

Personally, since I live in the countryside... I wouldn't be able to imagine my life in the city. Never. πŸ˜†

How is living in countryside like? Like I know that it is probably safer than city when there will be nuclear war (who would use a nuke to destroy village or countryside?) But is it like much place much forests and do it have school, water and shops nearby?

    I have great news 😁
I had explained in my blog ''my life with birds'' that last year, I had a small yellow-rumped warbler as a friend, who came every day near my window to observe me.
Well... naturally, she had left in the winter to migrate.
This year... she hadn't come back during the beginning of the year. She wasn't there for spring or summer...i missed her :(
    ...
well... she came back this fall 😍
My wonderful feathered friend... she's back!

I don't have a photo yet because I'm afraid to scare her with the camera... I think that's understandable... I don't want to scare my best friend! πŸ€πŸ’•

    (Yes again)

I thought of a yellow-rumped warbler but its yellow spot is under the tail and not on the rump.
Very sorry if the picture is blurry... my camera quality has become horrible, I'm having trouble taking good pictures with it now 😠

    Okay... okay...
I live in the countryside. Far from marshes, lakes... any water point.

    Sandhill Crane.
A bird living in places near water points.

It's very late at home, I came to take a last look at my window to observe the conifer that I have in front of my bedroom window and...
I see a sandhill crane perched on top of my conifer.

... late at night, alone and perched on the top of my tree, in the countryside. It's all... except normal.

I am becoming more and more disturbed by what is happening on my land.

what disturbs me is to see a bird supposed to live in aquatic environments in a place so far from water...

The actual reasoning for that is because birds don't have a sense of gravity. I have seen many common wood pigeons sit on tiny branches, being fine!

    Female and juvenile red-winged blackbird
    Female yellow warbler (1)
    Waxwing (2)
    Cape May warbler juveniles (2)
    Juvenile Yellow-rumped Warbler (1)
Lincoln's sparrow (almost certain it is)

As an example, the female and juvenile red-winged blackbird... if I know that I saw a female and a juvenile, it is because I saw the female feeding the young.
But... I don't really know how to tell them apart. Before, I had three black-capped chickadees and one had come to eat very close to me, but I was never able to tell which one it was ^^'

Is that a juvenile Cape May Warbler? Or is it something else? I've been trying to photograph him a little better for a while now, but he plays with my patience, always putting himself in the shade or behind branches of conifers to hide... but he's so cute! It looks like a baby bird just out of the nest and which, however, knows how to feed itself perfectly.

I saw a very strange bird recently and I will need information. What is that ?!
I quickly thought of a female or juvenile red-winged blackbird but now that I think about it better, the beak really doesn't look like it.
A juvenile European starling seems just as impossible to me, it is too brown. Does anyone know the species of this strange bird?
