I'll be taking commissions for skins, this is absolutely free currently. I only ask for you to spread the word, I may not take two or three at a time.
Rules:
1) Must follow the PMC terms of service, of course.
2) Must be a tangible skin idea, so a vague concept is difficult.
3) Must be a steve template, my skinner doesn't do Alex skins.

Other: (Maybe a server you're using it on, so others don't copy it.)
How to retrieve your skin:
I'll post it in my submissions, with the word Commission and who commissioned it in the title, you can then retrieve it this way.

Skin desc. -Because I lack creativity, I was wondering if you could create a female skin. Some notes I have for her that I need though; must have a fancy-ish outfit (sort of like that sorceress stuff you can find) Not too cluttered with detail either, purple hair with white highlights, one blue eye and one green eye. Tell me if you can do this. I could make some stuff optional.
Other - I am using this for a YouTube channel so people can recognize me with that skin or on MC should they find me.

Would a skin based off of an original character/drawing be allowed? If so, I wanted to get a skin based off of my OC, Penny. Here is a ref. Sorry her legs are cut off. I'd say her legs would look similar to how her arms look, with some black shoes.
