Well, I asked a moderator, and they said offering money isn't allowed.
Payment is not allowed although willingly donating is stated as acceptable if i'm right.
I'm kinda dumb, what does that mean? XD
I'm studying Graphic Design at Uni.... all I can say is that no artist will take on this job without payment, if they do they're quite idiotic.
