Oh! Let's Create a Let's Play!
Man am I tired of seeing this same type of Forum post everyday. Basically people that post just want to be on YouTube when they really do nothing but play the game in front of the camera. You may call this "acting" but I call it manipulating other people. Whenever someone posts this type of topic they require this type of list:
1. They need someone to record for them.
2. They need someone to edit for them.
3. They need someone to host a server for them.
4. They need to set up a TeamSpeak server for them.
Notice a pattern? I'm not hating, what I'm doing is showing the facts. People that ask this get barely any replies because no one wants to put all that on their shoulder for someone else.
If I were to comment on a topic and say all this the person that created the topic would reply saying a prize that the person would get if they did all this. The "prize" usually is just that they don't have to create a YouTube channel and they have access to upload on it. Oh, goodie I get to relax because I don't have to create a YouTube channel yet I have to do all four of those things. Honestly I don't get why people post Let's Play requests here unless if they can record and they can
host.
So please stop posting these Let's Play requests because to tell you the truth, I'm sure no one cares because they don't want to put this whole list of things to do on their back.
I'll be interested to see what people have to say about this in the comments whether they agree with me or they completely disagree. Thank you for your time.

Once I did this all for a requester, and right when I had everything set up we got on teamspeak and he sounded like an 8 year old. So when I asked him how old he was, he said "15". After that I deleted teamspeak and deleted the server ._.
That's where I come in saying Let's Plays don't require other people in it.
Ok I have, at one time or another, been interested in making a lets play. I can do editing and voice recording. I just need video recording (debating on whether or not to get fraps or bandicam) and a server. I could get the recording software easily. The server however....might be a challenge.

Well my point in this topic was to let you know you can't put all the weight on someone and expect them to follow your role. Please don't spam forums begging people to become your partners or to host a server for you because that can get a tad annoying. Otherwise, you don't need a server for a Let's Play. You can go solo, you don't need anyone that takes half the credit. Just another thought.
I know what you are getting at and I agree totally. The squeaky kids are annoying but you do have to take into the fact that there are a lot of people who can put in equal weight and show quality works.
Yes, I realize that but honestly if you were to base it off of percentage of the topics being posted on here. Would you say that the weight is shared equally or someone is putting more on their back? I would personally rate it 90% non-equal share and a 10% equal share based off the posts.

Once again just based off of posts on this site. Other sites/forums I don't know about.

Thank you! I got scared at first when i thought this was another one of those pesky let's plays requests! I love this post and i really hope a Mod does something about this!! lol
Indeed, if a Mod surely can do anything about this that would be absolutely wonderful.
