Creating Thumbnails for Free

Hey everyone! I've recently started working on my artistic skills and now I'm willing to make thumbnails for you! For blogs, mostly, but you can use them for whatever you want.
I am only taking 5 people at a time. First come first serve. As soon as I finish someone's request then I'll add the next person on the list.
REQUEST TEMPLATE

Where do you want the skin to be on the picture (top right corner, Ect.):
