You don't need mediafire, that's for uploading files to download. If you just paste the image code, people can download them theirselves by right clicking the image and clicking download.

You can post the banners here by uploading them to a image hosting site first, like tinypic.com. Then you copy the img code and paste it into here.

I would like the title of the server in green letters, preferably a darker green. All the other text can be whatever color you think looks best.
I would like the banner animated, if you could. If you can't it's fine. If you could animate it, I would like it to be sliding in every time with the plugins I have listed below, saying like "Towny PvP" one time then animating and sliding to "Jobs and Ranks!" like that. I would like the background of the banner to be something medieval, like a minecraft castle for example to fit with the theme. Make sure to make the banner 460x68 for the minecraft size. Thanks!
