Technique and Execution
Palette and Color
The three scores will be added up to be on a scale of 1 - 30, then all judges will combine their scores to make it on a scale of 1 - 90. Then whoever has the highest number wins the Skin Contest. In the event of a tie, judges will each rate out of 30 overall beauty.
