I was wondering if maybe a different way to poll this would be for people to list which times work best for them from best to least best, and which times don't work for them? Because maybe (for example) June 29 has 18 votes and July 20 has 20. By this system July 20th would be chosen. But what if 3 people who voted for, say July 13 are also available on June 29. If they had to chose between the 2 options, they would have chosen June 29 and it would have won. (I hope I kind of make sense?) The system I'm suggesting would maximize the amount of people able to make the event
