WELCOME ONE AND ALL

That's right yours truly is holding an Art Contest! Open to all participants who can post here in the forums.There shall be a theme of course to help narrow down the creativity a little and prizes!

CONTEST THEME

SUPERHEROES

This contest will be focusing on Superheroes. You are to draw an original hero, or an existing one such as Spider-Man for this contest. Anti-Heroes are also acceptable.

The contest is going to run for 3 weeks from now ending on the 5th of August actually make that the 19th of August Let's make that the 21st of August!, and all pieces shall be submitted here to this forum thread.
The pieces shall be judged by myself, with a winner, and then two runner ups.

I shall be looking for Creativity/Originality, Execution, and Over-all Quality.

CONTEST RULES

Originally drawn content only
Only submit a piece you have made for this contest
Superhero can be original or an existing hero
Keep it appropriate for the site
Backgrounds are not necessary for the piece
You may include a short summary of what the piece represents/anything about the superhero you have drawn

Finally. The prizes.

The Winner shall receive a free piece drawn by me of their favorite character or themselves, full body. Keeping the idea appropriate to the site of course.

The Runner Up shall receive a similar piece but this will only be from the waist up.

And the Second Runner Up shall receive a similar picture as well, but as a bust.

If you're interested in the contest please do submit a piece, all art is welcome no matter what your skill level. Art is all about practice after all.

WRITING THIS A SECOND TIME SINCE THE SITE ATE THE ORIGINAL POST.

Hey everyone! I wanted to let you all know some very relevant information. Because of the lack of currently finished entries I will be extending the deadline for this contest. I will be adding on another 2 weeks!

That's right so everyone now has 2 more weeks to work on their art, and anyone who has submitted a piece onto this thread may go back and edit if they feel they need too.

So the new deadline for this contest will be on...

The 19th of August!

Yep it definitely is. And considering the lack of entrants so far, I will probably be considering an extension on the end of the contest.
