So, basically, the user Gopher_Tuna suggested I do something for a 500-sub event, etc. I also noticed that kvSketch opened a skin shop on the Minecraft Forums.

For those that haven't noticed, I have not made a skin in a while, mainly because I have been really bored with skinning due to a lack of ideas. While kv's shop is a great idea for gathering inspiration, I would not be able to complete all skin requests (not enough time) successfully. Perhaps maybe just one or two.

So, if any of you want a skin request from me, this is the place to start. Here's the way it works -

I'll have a contest (rules are explained below), and the winner gets to pick any skin for me to make. However, the skin request may not be:

• • teen skin
• • recolor
•       • reshading of your own skin
• • anything else I disapprove of

Contest Themes and Such -
You must make a skin that represents an idea that comes to mind when you hear "DatMuffinMan." While fan skins do fit the theme, they are not really original, as they have been done before. Instead, I'd like to see what creative thoughts and stories are related, in your brain(s), to my PMC username. A great example of this would be HatsyaSouji's skin, found over here -

How to enter -
Simply make a skin according to the theme, and post a link and a screenshot (required) in this forum thread. That is all
NOTE: All entries must have both a link and a screenshot in your forum post!

Requirements and Judging Process -
First and foremost, the skin must fit the theme. Also, it must be made completely by you, etc. (just basic PMC rules). Judges will each pick their favorite skin, based on the following -

• • Execution will be the priority. The technique and shading used will play a big part in your placement in the final rankings (bear in mind, there is only one winner!)
• • Next is creativity. This category is where we can frown on people that make skins of standard teenagers with muffin hoodies and such.
• • The final category pertains to the story. While these are not necessary, if contestants provide an interesting and/or (preferably and) backstory to their skin, this will help improve your overall "score" in creativity.

When the contest ends -
Whenever I get enough entries (around 50, if I can get that far).
