Where to Find Building Commissions

As you know, on PlanetMinecraft we are unable to talk about money at all. So I am wondering where a place would be where we can talk about these kinds of things to get potential commissioners. Any help would be very much so appreiciated.

I haven't really read all about the EULA to much, but from what I have hear, I thought making a profit from stuff like this wasn't allowed. Might be wrong, someone correct me please if I am.
