When playing Minecraft, what peeves you the most? What makes MC less fun when you see it?

The most annoying thing on Minecraft BY FAR is the berries.
For me it's getting lost somewhere or moving bases. It just doesn't feel the same anymore and usually I completely lose motivation for the world, even if I have a bunch of valuable items (Diamonds, enchanted golden apples, enchanted items, that stuff)
Crafting items in bulk.
For a game with "Craft" in the name, and for something you'll spend so much of your time doing... The crafting system leaves so much to be desired.
The Recipe Book was a great addition, but I really wish that crafting had the same shortcut as Villager trading (spacebar) to automatically refill the last selected recipe after you've shift-clicked the crafted item, rather than having to click the recipe you want again (which gets particularly annoying as the number of materials in your inventory changes, and the options for what you can craft moves around on that tab)
Also being able to "Ctrl+Q" the items directly from the output would be great too.
Theres a lot of little inventory things that bother me too that mods like Mouse Tweaks fixes, that I genuinely can't think of a single reason isn't in the game already.

When a world I've been working on for a long time suddenly crashes, and when I get back into the game, it's not there.
Lag and then my game crashing :(
having a world corrupted without a single backup
Or finding an outdated world file, and not its latest backup with your newest builds or changes
WANDERING TRADERS:
They charge you: One emerald for a tulip when your in the plains!
AND THEN YOU HAVE TO WASTE SWORD DURABILITY KILLING THEM >:(

They're freaking worthless. I think one way they could be fixed is this:
Have them give the same sort of trades early in the game, but once the player has acquired more resources and maybe triggered Advancements in doing so, the next Traders will spawn with higher tier trades. That way they can keep up with the player's progress, and they can upgrade kind of like the Villagers do when they get a new badge

Not totally worthless because they have leads at least...
still pretty useless unless there is a swamp in walking distance.

Probably the horrible optimization. There are dozens of mods that skyrocket your FPS, while vanilla doesn't even use the GPU for rendering.
as far as vanilla survival game play would go. Creepers exploding and breaking blocks. Its awful
The fact that worldedit and optifine aren't built into the game by now.
They tried.. but couldn't agree on terms w/ optifine
then just code everything in there instead of copy pasting code. optifine is maintained nowadays by a single guy and mojang cant do what he does, its absurd
For me, the most annoying thing is that there is no exact parity between Bedrock and Java, and regarding the latter, its poor optimization.
Foreshadowing...
so true. it pisses me off not being able to do certain things that are in bedrock but not java? err "same game" much?
Idiots who tell me how to make my build when I've already meticulously planned it all out.
easy.. the fact that bedrock has different feature like snowlogging and better armour stand, couldrons, piston movable tile entitys, andfew others. we java players are missing out on
Losing your stuff & updating mods & versions.
You wouldn't imagine how infuriating that is with beat saber modding. Don't even ask.

I HATE SURVIVAL MODE
we need to delete phantoms
I know I'm basically alone here, but I love the Phantom, lmao.
They're a decent skill-check when it comes to combat (timing with melee - accuracy with ranged weapons) as they're one of the few mobs in the game with a unique attack pattern, and aren't just still targets to easily pick off from 20-30 blocks away... And they're the only thing in this "survival" game that punishes you for staying up for more than 3 nights straight.
They're totally optional too, they're not difficult to keep at bay by sleeping every other night or so, or avoiding open air above y=64 at midnight if you haven't slept... They give tamed Cats another use by scaring them away, and they only spawn at night, and burn up in the day light like other undead mobs, so can be easily avoided if other players sleep too.
If I'm working on a project far from my base, and they start spawning, its a good reminder that I need a bed to skip the dangers of the night, and set my spawn nearby for convenience if I haven't already, so they've actually helped me form good habits too, lol.
They could definitely do with dropping a more useful item - but at least slow falling potions prove themselves very useful in the End.
And for people who still don't like them at all, they're also one of the few monsters in-game to be completely optional with the /doInsomnia gamerule, because Minecraft is one of those games that truly encourages it's players to play their way.
Personally, I wish they took the concept of "a monster born out your own madness from insomnia" further, and they could only be seen by/would only attack they player they spawned from, because: a) I think it would be really funny to watch your friend frantically swinging/shooting at and running from nothing, and b) I don't like that someone else's Phantoms can start going after you instead once their target was killed/got away.
IMO they're also the perfect mob for the end, and I wish they spawned in that dimension too to add a little more challenge to the dimension, since you can't just sleep to avoid them there.
EDIT: or maybe I'm just on copium because I actually voted for them back in 2017 :P

Most annoying Biome: Basalt Delta (looks cool, but dangerous to navigate)
Most annoying Food: Sweet Berries (accidentally plants bushes while eating!)
Most annoying Decoration: Armor Stand (you can't have arms on Survival, why Mojang??)
Most annoying Death: Lava Burn (the cruelest punishment)
Most annoying Game Mechanic: Losing XP on Death (nobody cares about the death screen score, Mojang)

Bedrock and Java need parity, not just in textures (I feel sorry for every Java player who cannot display swords on their armor stands) but also in mechanics.
Being banned from servers accidentally
Dying far away from your house or forgetting where your house is on your friends server who refuses to turn on cords
thats why beds exist
Except your respawn point can change, especially if you're travelling far and need a temporary bed, which of course can get broken for a new respawn point later on. At least that's how I do it in the Overworld.
Minecraft crashing.
I have a few texture packs on at all times, but they use 3D models for everything (changes the models of weapons, tridents, mine carts, boats, drowned, and enderman, as well as changing the mob animations and models a bit) so the game has a 90% chance of crashing whenever I log off of a world or server.
Baby zombies.
like why do they even exist?!
like why do they even exist?!
The most annoying thing for me is Minecraft code. Total mess.
Getting banned from multiplayer forever because you said something naughty on a single server.
did that actually happen to you?
i have the best..... when ur friends use creative in ur survival world
when people say you used creative to get your loot in survival my friend does this all the time and never tries to get his own loot -_-
People claiming your pvp skills 'aren't fair'
