I have been posting skins of a YouTuber's minecraft skin, but I completely reshaded the skin. It hasn't been flagged, but is this against the rules? I just wan't to make sure.

As long as 100% of the skin is content you made (and none of the skin is from the original youtuber's skin) it's fine.
