People are claiming to have voted for my server, and yet the votes are not going up for them.
I've watched a few do it over Skype and they are doing it correctly, so no idea why the votes are not going up.
Can anyone explain why?

The new server voting captchas are having problems. Please be patient while we resolve the issue.
It works without dedicated IP, just ask them for a unused/unblocked port you can use.
You must have Votifier 1.8 and up of date Votifier listener.
If your using hosting company, you must have dedicated ip(no port) and they must allow votifier connections.
