USB cable wont fit into ports?
Not really, but it just goes half way in into anything and I do not know why. It isn't damaged by looks of it, doesn't have anything stuck in it nor anything but goes only half way which results into my phone not wanting to charge unless under certain angle.
I hope someone can/know how to help me as this has been bugging me last month and it is really annoying.

Well I might just end up saving and buying a new one, less time consuming than trying to figure if it could be fixed or not.
I'd say you've just got a cheap USB cable, or it's damaged.
I've had issues with my phone not charging, and my USB looked just like that, only going in halfway and usually at a weird angle. From personal experience it means someone's either bumped into it and twisted it inside the port, either damaging the cable or the port itself or that you just nagged it at a dollar store and it's not terribly high quality.
I've not come up with any solution outside of just buying a new USB cable.

Its a regular micro usb cable.. if you have any other ones you can try them. in general they should all work the exact same way

That's very odd, I've never seen anything like that before. The only thing close to that I've had is when I accidentally pulled out a headphone jack too quickly out of a laptop and half of the plug got stuck inside (which is probably still in there 8-ish years on).
