Ok thank you
What color when it is opaque black or white
When it's opaque, it's the pixel is exactly the same colour (as it was most recently)...just not transparent...
I believe MS Paint makes it white. For example, all transparent pixels in the hat layer will be filled in with white, and a semi-transparent blue pixel (for example) would turn a lighter blue. I'm not 100% sure on this, though.
Easy fix:
Open your skin in MS Paint. Save it. Open it in your skin-making program of choice and erase the extra 'hat'. Save it. Bam! Transparent pixel problem solved.
The reason this works is because MS Paint doesn't support transparency and forces all transparent and semi-transparent pixels to become fully opaque.

So is it only like one pixel or more
It means there's a transparent pixel on the skin where there shouldn't be...
Like the body/head/arms/legs.
Hat doesn't matter, though.

Did you use MCSkin3D made by Paril? If you did try looking over the skin again because the delet tool goes through the whole skin.
