$400 isn't enough for anything good, but this laptop will do fine, but you're looking at 460+ dollars for a decent laptop.

I second this. It's Lenovo, but it has a really nice APU (though it has single channel memory >.<).

For an APU and integrated graphics in general, it makes all the difference.

Dual-channel memory effectively doubles the bandwidth of the memory, which of course gives the iGPU more bandwidth. The expected graphics performance increase from single-channel memory to dual-channel is about 25% or more.
