so i've made a bunch of new skins earlier today, and decided to take one for a test run, However, when i launch Minecraft it stops at a 'Downloading Packages' Screen, the bar fills up about 5-10% and just stays there, i still have it open (its been 5-7 minutes now and it isnt moving.. is there anyone else that't dealt with this problem..?

-force update
-deleted the bin folder
-restarted my PC
-reset my router
-downloaded a new minecraft.exe

any reason that would happen? i was playing just yesterday
Don't delete the whole .minecraft folder, it says you didn't download minecraft. Just download all the files inside the .minecraft folder, and force update it. If not that, Wait a day.
it's because you deleted the bin folder. delete the whole .minecraft folder and then force update
