Seen My Map On Other Websites. Is it Stolen?

I recently released a new map (http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/ ... u-survive/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
I have also recently seen my map on other websites. Mainly russian. I know nothing about map copyright and stuff so please do not call me a retard.
These sites are

Greetings programs, the Destroyer of Worlds is here to help. What these sites have done, as Snowy stated, is distribute your copyrighted works without your permission, which is against generally accepted international copyright law courtesy of Disney and their huge need to make sure that Mickey Mouse remains their work.
What you can do regarding this stolen content, which their advertising is providing money to them from your work, is send what is called a DMCA takedown request to their host. To do this, first find out who their host is. To find out information on the person hosting the website, including how to contact them, use the whois command in Google like I show below. Be sure that you are looking at the primary domain (pretty much anything before the "/" starts and nothing after)
While looking through the results, we find one of the results that looks like the following. When you look at the spoiler below, you will see that the person who registered this domain paid the extra money to do so privately, meaning you will send info to this address.
Now that you have a way to contact this person (the reg.ru/whois/admin_contact page), send a message there explaining that they have posted content on their domain and include a link directly to the page with your stuff. Then explain that you are the copyright holder and that you have posted this originally to here (also with a link) and that you do not give them permission to post your copyright material without permission and would like it removed. Be sure to include an email address (since that is a contact page you will probably need to supply one to submit in the first place) so that they can get in touch with you if needed.
A sample template to use to send the takedown notice is provided below.

Guys there IS something you can do about it. While there's not much in the way of the PMC mods deleting the submission on other sites (Mighty Paril helps us if they could xD) you're always allowed to send an email to the site owners.
If you are going to do this, try to be polite. 9 times out of 10 it's just a misunderstanding and they'd be more than happy to take it down. Just let them know that they didn't ask your permission, and you'd rather if it wasn't on their site. If they refuse to remove it, you can either just let it go, or you could perhaps remind them that it IS your property, and by law you have rights over it.
But either way, it's best if you get things cleared up so other people don't accuse you of stealing from someone else

The prob is that I couldn't see contact buttons on the sites. I would at least want them to link to the PMC page.

Google Translate, while hilarious and pretty decent at translating specific words - does get rather mixed and confused if you try to type whole sentences into it.

i figure the sites are linked up to pmc with some sort of code which could be possible or there is a virus on you computer that can geet your stuff you post over the web

For it to be able to be used, you have to explicitly say it's open for public domain.

That's the only bit that I can remember, not sure if that helps or not, but it's my little input.
