Need some website help/tips.
Hey guys, I am starting up a website for a Minecraft server I am working on and I could greatly use tips and/or help. I mostly need something that could help my easily make a bad ass scrolling page like you would see on http://parsonage.co ... Is this possible to do with Joomla, if so, how do I go about this? I am obviously new to the website/web development world and would appreciate the help. Thanks!

Oh haha, I'm not the creator of that website, I was just using it as an example. After some googling I found that name of it, the type of the lay out is called Parallax. However, even with further research there isn't a free Parallax that works with my version of Joomla, and the paid ones are $50.... So... What I need is someone who can develop my website, mostly the landing page.
