Hello everyone. Can anyone suggest me please a game making software which is easy to use please? Do not suggest me game maker unity or any of these. I need one which is free and which allows you to make games for windows and android (atleast windows, android recommended). And i want if it is very easy to use.

There's no such thing as an easy game maker.
Easiest way to go, is learn to code, then you will be able to code your games and have no limits.
You can Always learn how to make a game your self.Java is one of the easiest to learn and I learned the main things I need to know it 4 days...

OpenGL is definitely a fine piece of software, and is not a "game maker"
as OP requested. OP wants something like a game maker, and suggesting to make his own engine from scratch using OpenGL really isn't helpful.
Well he could just simple knowledge of java coding and using OpenGL can make flexible and great games.
I'd love to see someone who doesn't even want to use the extremely simplified "programming" that GameMaker have make their own OpenGL engine,
but as I said, a game maker isn't going to be capable of much more than a fun personal project/messing around. In the case of an actual game that you would publish, you would need to use OpenGL.

Maybe Unity or Game Maker..
Use C bro!
There are simple Game creators like Scratch and Alice, but they tend to be cheezy.
well. I'm going to assume you want to code as little as possible.. So I would recommend Construct 2..
Well... I think the best way to make a game is to learn coding. It's better than any 'game maker' as there are no limits, it takes longer but you get much better results, I know this because a couple of years ago I thought of an idea and worked with loads of different game makers and eventually just starting coding. The results were extremely better.
I completely agree ^^
however you don't want a your first experience with coding to be that heavy. The best thing about Game Maker is that it gets you curious. People start of building small and simple games but as they progress and get more advanced they will begin to code more and more instead of using the DnD functions on GM8/GMS. once at that stage most people just migrate from Game Maker to a better Engine, such as Unity and eventually code their own.
This has been the case with me and my younger cousins who have just now started to see the Limitations of Game Maker ^^
(Buying them Unity Pro for their Birthday soon) shh!

For 2D games I can heartily recommend Game Maker Studio it is the easiest way to make most any kind of 2D game imagiable for everything from PC to iPhone to PS4
For 3D development, I would recommend using CraftStudio. if by far the easiest way to get started and looks kinda like minecraft actually^^
Hope this helps man!

VS Express isn't a game maker. It's a make anything you like maker!
Look into MSDN examples, there's some great one's to start with. I know XNA is no longer supported by MS but it'sdefinitely still a good starting point

What are you trying to make, what type of game?
RPG Maker is really easy to use, but pretty limited.
Game Maker 8?
Game Maker 8?
I wouldn't recommend Visual Express, as it's not necessarily a game maker. Although I would suggest FPS maker, but I have no idea what you're aiming for. I don't see why you don't want to use unity? It's rather easy, and you can port games to android/iPhone
Wait... For windows and for android... I'm almost positive that there is different software for developing mobile and PC games.
I know you said not to recommend unity and such, but i fine unity easy and quite simple.
Plus the isn't really any "easy" way to make a app or a game.

Unity really isn't the way to go for a "real" game as you're saying, but that's
a whole different topic.
@OP Other than being Android compatible, what type of game are you
looking to make with this "game maker" software? I wouldn't know as I don't use game makers, but anything that supports Java/OpenGL should do that. I wouldn't suggest using a game maker for anything beyond a little messing around for a small personal project, though, as they really can't create a decent game.
