I know I brought a new update for inn in the road today and postponed the extended block set, but with this post I would like to announce the 5th content that I will release this year and my first data pack, Craft Tweaks. Craft Tweaks is compatible with all 1.20 versions except for 1.20.5. It adds recipes for items and blocks that are difficult to obtain or cannot be crafted.

When you run a command in a command block or chat, it's tied to a specific location. When you run it from the tick function in a datapack, it's not tied to any specific location. If you want to use relative coordinates, there's nothing for them to be relative to. You have to give it a location with something like execute at @a.
