*this'll be the third time I've typed this due to loading errors*
Some of the PMC features have disappeared for me.
"My Submissions" and the lower UI (the XP bar and general directory) are gone.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I had this issue too. A simple clear of my cache seemed to fix it.

In the case that this doesn't work, I would try logging out and logging back in (if you haven't already).
