Can you post Revamps of other packs or your packs?
I think making a revamp of other packs is illegal but what if you leave credits to owners that ALLOW using textures but you need to CREDIT them.
The main question is:
Can you post revamps of packs that allow using its textures?

before you use their work, ask for their permission. if they say no or dont respond.. consider it a no and dont use it.
if you are capable of 'revamping' their pack, why not just create your own one? :)

In terms of the PMC Rules , my entirely unofficial read is that the controlling language is
"Steal / Modify / Plagiarize work by others.
Only post content you personally created. If posting transformative
"Fair Use" work, seek permission from the original author and include
credit. "
which does not directly address the issue of material where the original poster defines the terms for reuse.
