If i download a maze off of projects what will i do with it afterwards to get it to minecraft???

Extract it whatever it says to do. Grab the world/save folder and put it in yours.
Remember "%appdata%" ? Its the same as moving your worlds out of the folder to save it when you reinstall MC.
