Internet Problems....
I am currently staying in a hotel and the internet here is very slow...
I have turned off my firewall and it didn't improve much,
I haven't called the front desk about it.... but Idk what they would do about it anyway.
I have some stuff to upload but way it's way too slow to do so.

Not really, unfortunately. :/ Public wireless is the pits because of all the people using the same connection.
Go door to door asking people to get off the internet so you can upload? lol Sorry, but there isn't much you can do.

You can't magically make your internet faster.
Find what you are getting at
http://speedtest.net
Then complain to the hotel and maybe they can stop band-limiting you.
Also if it's around 7pm where you are it could just be high internet traffic wherever you are.

Well I turned it back on... any suggestions you can give me to help out?
You should definitely not turn off your firewall in a hotel... Way too many people on the same network. That is probably why its so slow, too many people using the same connection. That and PMC is a tad bit slower than most sites anyway.
