Depends on the amount of time left, the exact cause (whenever it would be something that would take time like a Pandemic or large scale Natural/Ecological Disaster, or something short like Vacuum Decay or someone detonating an entire Nuclear Arsenal) and when we learned about the upcoming end.

A few minutes after I post this: Wish everyone a good farewell and share anything that I haven't told anyone to this point.
A few days/months from now: Play any games that I have yet to in my collection, hang out with my friends & family, and go drawing. If I didn't have School/Work on the last days (there would be events preceding the end so it get bad enough for people to cancel school/work for everyone to enjoy life before it all ends).
6 months-A Few Years from now: Get to a safer place with all necessary stuff and try to keep a running civilization from there.
Decades to Centuries from Now: Probably a fancier, more planned out version of 6 months-1 year from now. Considering we have enough time, probably also go leave Earth and move to a elsewhere (probably a make-shift space one/generation ship as we don't live on any other planets).

I just got an Oppenheimer Streaming ad for Peacock while clicking on this forum (def. not a coincidence.). But I would play War Thunder on my Chromebook and tell my friends how I really feel about them if the world was ending right now.

Depends. How's the world ending? Revelation? That's going to take a few years, so probably bond with people. Talk with friends I haven't gotten to in years. Visit my family who live far away. Learn what I want to learn. Read. Pester various authors and game devs to work faster. Stuff like that.

Think I'd just enjoy the company of loved ones while eating a pizza.

Time frame is important:
a few seconds: raise a toast to Homo sap. (We coulda been a contender 😞 )
a few hours: there's family to whom I'd liekto say good-bye
a few days/weeks: see how much of the bucket list I can run
anything longer and I'd likely start expolring options [Never have been one to trust people's alphabet soup…]

To explain, I just finished Outer Wilds and I'm still in the mood.
