HELP: How do you set a picture as ur signature in PMC?

I know it is a small, tiny, little problem... but please help me!!!

I asked someone to make me a signature, and I can't set it as my signature.

Yeah I know how to get to the signature thingy... but I can't copy and paste pictures to the signature, and I can't find a URL thing for the picture.
