a quick question. What is game username is about because sometimes he gives random skins when I right things on pmcskin3d?And can you put your own one? And why is it exist?

who is he? game usernames are the names you have in game. this is really confusing.
OK but how did they get there? I mean how does your name with the skin saved in the pmc
whos where? huh?
In PMC
Planet Minecraft downloads the skin directly from Mojang skin servers and loads it in the editor I guess.
