Forum Sig won't work?

I decided to update my forum signature cause it sucked, but when i tried to attach the image I wanted it always says "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image."
I can't figure out what to do…
any thoughts?
I asked my friend who made his own forum about it, and he said that he thought it was something with the forum itself, but he might not even use the same kind of forum.

Mine just says Image.
What error are you getting (if any)?
Use SIMG.

Make the resolution smaller, signature does have a limit.

Usually happens when the image you want to use is waay too big to be a signature due to the height and width limitations.. If you have the image, try resizing it in Paint.net
