I used to, but now I only get the feeling that I need to be doing something more "productive", stuff like that.
I probably should check on it

I don't really have that problem even though I may need to be doing school or what ever

I think a lot of people getting some relief while playing to a degree. Part of the reason the game keeps doing well after all these years.

wow quite the projects Im makeing a really big project of my base that goes to build limit and is near a million blocks
I would agree with respect to certain activities within MC (and I expect what those are will vary by person), but not for the game as a whole.
Among those activities I find relaxing or meditative are:
Obsidian mining — particularly before 1.13 added the drowned. Previously, the water one used to convert any underlying lava to more obsidian served as mob proofing. Taking down end pillars retains much of this feel (if using water) as provides effective protection agains endermen.
Spawn proofing [vs. passives] — once an area is fenced and lit, replacing every passive spawnable block with something non-spawnable often qualifies.
Logging — as long as preformed within a spawnproofed woodlot
Treasure fishing — particularly when combined with audio only entertainment and psuedo-AFKing.
Looking at what the activities have in common: all are devoid of surprises (at least anything that is time critical) and require considerably less than one's full attention while still contributing to advancing one's world development goals.
It will be interesting to see what particular activities others find to have this effect….
