My Description box doesnt work, so i can't upload!!!!

The description box for uploading things doesn't work! It won't let me click on it to write in it! It is just like a still image, and I desperately need to upload a new blog! Please help me what should i do!

What browser/device are you using? I might be able to help.
Here is some things you can do:
There is a bug on your internet empty you browser history
Or contact a mod if you the other tip dont work
