What you need to understand also is that once you watch all of boston's videos, you can't expect to make a mod. He is the one that taught me how to code back in 2009, around the time when his videos came out, I watched ALL 87 videos TWICE. Then, I watched the Intermediate Java, and he also has a Game Development Java which I also watched. Now I'm currently developing a game with my friends, just takes patience and sooner or later you will be able to create a mod.

I don't know a lot of base on Java, but hell, modding is just logic once you understand the basic functions xD

What carlo said, Thenewboston makes vids so you can get familiar with java and stuff and create mods, It takes a while though

Also, because I felt the need to crunch some numbers, that entire playlist about learning to code Java takes 10 and a half hours. I might consider watching it during study hall every day... Would be done in about 2 weeks.

What I love about that channel is that as the playlist of learning to code carries on, each video gets less and less views xD
