Chrome won't work!
Okay, so yesterday Chrome stopped working. It always says "Unable to access network." Well, I clicked "More Details" and I saw it was because an anti-virus program had blocked it, so I opened up Windows Firewall, then "Allow a program through Windows Firewall" and I checked the box next to Chrome and saved it. I open up Chrome and IT STILL WON'T WORK! Norton Internet Security might have something to do with it, but whenever I try to open it, it just immediately closes out for no reason whatsoever. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

This happens to me all the time. (In fact it just happened to me when I got on my computer today.)
Simple fix:
Windows 7
Right click on the Norton icon down in the bottom right corner. Then disable Smart Firewall. It will ask for how long. Just choose 15 minutes. Chrome should work perfectly after that. (And even after it gets re enabled)
Windows 8:
I don't know, maybe open up the Norton program and find where you can disable the firewall.
Don't worry about disabling the firewall, just don't go to any stupid websites until it's back enabled

Have you tried turning it on and off again?
Is Internet Explorer working?
