Chat Lounge Dying [Issue]

Most of you have probably already noticed this, but I just thought I'd post this to make sure. It seems that every 10 minutes or so (this is very approximate) the chat lounge dies for about 10 minutes. Is this issue being worked on?

You are correct - it is happening for everyone.
It's a known issue and it's being looked into at the moment. Please be patient and hopefully it will be sorted out soon!
